The Forge can meet the full range of requirements for hirework metal forging to exacting and high quality metal specification standards.
With 7 open die hammers, The Forge has the capacity and flexibility to produce metal forgings from 1 kilo to 1200 kilos (maximum outside diameter 1050mm).
Metal forging techniques enable the production of carbon steel and alloy steel forgings. The Forge is also capable of producing stainless steel forgings, including duplex and super duplex stainless steel, nickel alloy, copper alloy and titanium alloy forgings.
NORSOK M-650 Standard Approved Forgemasters
The Forge is NORSOK M-650 standard approved Forgemasters for Grades F51, F55 and F44. On-site furnaces are manufactured to RPS 953 standards and are calibrated and certified every six months.
